Payment & Refund Policy

• Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• If a student fails to attend sessions or drops out, the fee will not be refunded.

• If a student is absent for three consecutive sessions, they will be considered as having discontinued the course. The fee remains non-refundable.

• If any student has paid a partial amount (this is not formal but may be allowed in some cases) and then decides to discontinue the training, the fee will not be refunded.

Student Participation & Conduct

• If you are a student, your institution name and logo may be displayed on our website.

• After completing the training, you are required to provide video feedback and submit a Google feedback form.

• If a student is found to be indisciplined, they will be dismissed from the training without any refund.

• If a student faces any personal issues with trainers, they will be debarred from the training, and the fee will not be refunded.

• Sharing of our notes, materials, or any other resources with non-registered learners is strictly prohibited.

• Continuous absence for two days without prior information will result in immediate debarment from training. Fees will not be refunded.

• If anyone causes trouble to Tamizhan Skills management, they will be debarred immediately. In any case, fees will not be refunded.

Internships and Placement Assistance

• While joining, we may inform students that we will try to get projects (internships) from other companies and provide them to students.

• Placement assistance and guidance will be offered, but we do not guarantee placements or career upgrades.

• If we are unable to provide projects (internships) from other companies, it means that no projects were secured from our side.

• We are actively trying to get projects, but we are not responsible if no projects are secured.

• We do not provide any guarantee for career growth, job placement, or project allotment.

College Permission & Student Responsibility

• We do not obtain permission from colleges to provide training and internships for students.

• If a student’s college has specific rules or protocols regarding external training, it is the student’s responsibility to seek approval.

• If a student pays the fee without obtaining the required permission from their college and is later not allowed to attend the training, the fee will not be refunded.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request removal of links to our Website. You approve the immediate removal of all links upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our Website, you agree to be bound by these linking terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
